Viferinox has a B2B Online Shop that allows the customer to view the entire product catalogue, checking prices and stock in the warehouse in real time.
In the platform, the customer can also request estimates, getting access to orders, download price lists, technical data sheets and certificates of conformity, all independently.
Viferinox works to further increase the dynamism of the purchasing process, allowing the system to insert items ordered recurringly in the wishlist so as to speed up subsequent reorders.
Finally, from the moment the reference courier takes charge of the order, it is possible to trace the shipment at any time until its delivery.
Logistics and Shipping
Viferinox could not succeed in its dynamism without an effective transport service. We work to assist customer in all their needs, and in most cases speed is the determining factor.
Our logistics office is responsible for the entire shipping process, organizing the collection of the goods by the agreed couriers or, upon request, by the customer. We are also available in the post-shipment phase to provide details on the status of the latter and ensure delivery of the goods on time.
